ALÉ – Omnipresent Pt. 1

ALÉ - Omnipresent Pt. 1

There’s a lot of interesting groups and artists that are shapeshifting particular musical forms or exploring even further until their reach desired sound. However, there’s a small percentage of those outlets who dare to simultaneously transform several genres at once and remain harmonious in their experimentations. Whoever dared to try knows that’s not an easy task to achieve. Fortunately for all the fans of experimental music, ALÉ is one of those groups who succeded in their strivings to combine various complementary and non-complementary genres into a harmonious collection of thoughtfully arranged numbers. Their latest effort vividly showcases their aims through fourteen thoroughly planned compositions that will unquestionably force you to pay attention to all the details this trio incorporated into their numbers. Previously, ALÉ released a couple of full-length albums such as Irregular Heartbeat, Dimensions, and Blessings EP. Therefore, Omnipresent Pt.1 represents their third full-length recording that unquestionably delivers more innovations into their sound.

ALÉ flirts with a comprehensive collection of various genres and combines them to meet the aesthetics of this particular material. Perhaps the presence of coldwave, darkwave, synth, and experimental would be more than appropriate elements you’ll stumble upon when you spin a couple of the initial compositions, but ALÉ reveals even more ingredients as you dig deeper into the Omnipresent Pt. 1. You may also notice tremendous servings of progressive rock, post-rock, alternative, goth rock, post-punk, hard rock, indie rock, industrial, electronica continuously lurking around during the particular songs. All these ingredients are accentuating a nearly industrial darkwave ambiance of the group. However, you may also hear some stalwart elements fighting for sheer dominance through catchy verses, choruses, and instrumental segments. Most of these massive-sounding elements are leaning towards avant-garde metal, progressive, alternative, or indie rock.

Still, Omnipresent Pt. 1 liberates pleasant melodies in both cases, no matter if the group currently explores calmy ambiances or colossal rock segments. ALÉ thoroughly planned each maneuver on these numbers without losing the beforementioned sense of balance. The amounts of atmospheric backgrounds, arpeggiated chord progressions, cinematic themes, robust guitar shreds, rhythmic acrobatics, and accentuating percussions go beyond comprehension in so many cases during this material. The capabilities of ALÉ to pull off all these maneuvers and acrobatics through fourteen atmospheric compositions is nearly mindblowing, and you’ll be surprised by the number of ideas invested in this release. Omnipresent Pt. 1 will suit the admirers of coldwave, darkwave, goth rock, industrial music who’re also into progressive rock music. The album is available on Spotify, so give it a listen.
