First Frontier – Insist

First Frontier - Insist

Birmingham-based alternative rock duo First Frontier returns with another outstanding track. Insist is the fourth single in a row from a series of singles that promote Just Matter, an upcoming extended play set for a release on March 18th. This time, First Frontier provides a love song about finding a significant other who does not only complete you as a person but forces you to improve yourself towards completion. It’s about wanting to make yourself better for somebody who means a lot to you. Therefore, Insists sounds calmer, soothing, cathartic like all love songs suppose to be, but somehow, this composition has some fresh, wild, unique energy that will force you to spin this number over and over again.

Insist unquestionably differs from their previous compositions, but on the other hand, showcases the versatility of this creative duo. It also presents a natural progression of a band that surprises with each new song by improving lyricism, songwriting, arranging, and other qualities that define great songs. One of the best qualities of Insist are the dualities between female and male vocals that provide even more meaning and depth to this particular song. Of course, impressive orchestrations are continuously present in their tunes, so that’s the case with Insist as well. You should definitely check out Insist if you love good alternative and indie rock love songs. The single is available for listening on all streaming services.
