Say It Anyway

Pop-punk quintet Say It Anyway will release Picture Frames EP on May 27th via Real Ghosts Records. The band will also release two singles ahead of the release date. Keep your eyes peeled on Say It Anyway and Real Ghost Records social media pages.

Having collectively played well over 400 shows across more than 20 countries the members of SAY IT ANYWAY are no strangers to putting in the hard miles. With their previous projects having toured alongside and shared the stage with heavyweights such as New Found Glory, The Wonder Years, Neck Deep, Spanish Love Songs and The Story So Far, the band have notched up some great experiences and are ready for more.

SAY IT ANYWAY came together during the summer of 2021, after Loz, Charlie, Daniel and Stu’s previous band, THE RUN UP came to an end. Having just returned from a three-week tour of the USA and a week in Japan the COVID-19 pandemic hit and drew a close THE RUN UP‘s future plans. After some reflection, it was decided it wasn’t to be to just pick up where they had left off. However, four of the five members of THE RUN UP decided to carry on making music together, taking forward the new songs and ideas they had written for their next record. But they needed to find themselves a singer for this new project… Step forward Kristian Richards, former singer of UK pop-punk heroes SAVE YOUR BREATH. The band met and jammed and after a couple of sessions writing and getting to know each other, it was clearly the perfect fit to complete the new line-up.

After continued writing and rehearsal throughout Summer 21′ the band felt they were definitely on to something with the project. Smashing out huge pop-punk songs with massive sing-along chouses they were well on the way and SAY IT ANYWAY was born. Hints of nostalgic early 00’s pop-punk and modern-day melodic punk rock are evident and fans of their previous bands will undoubtedly enjoy this new sound.
