His musicianship embraces all styles of rock’n’roll music. Over the years, he performed with Paul McCartney, The Pretenders, Bryan Ferry and Roxy Music, Brian Eno, John Cale, The Wombles, Nucleus, etc. His friendship with The Vibrators dates back to the beginnings of their career when they backed him at a Pogo Dancing, a single released in 1976. Mars Casino reunites the original line-up comprised of Ian Knox Carnochan on vocals and guitar, John Ellis on guitar, Pat Collier on bass guitar, and John Eddie Edwards behind the drums. Chris Spedding supports the entire recording with his engaging guitar solos but also contributes as a co-producer alongside Pat Collier.

Mars Casino contains thirteen detailed classic punk rock songs, entirely performed in a characteristic manner, which unquestionably defines the band such as The Vibrators.
