C’mon Tigre return with “The Beautiful Glitch,” the new single from their forthcoming album LUMINA, due for release on October 2, 2026. The track explores the beauty of error in a world where the boundaries between the real and the virtual are increasingly blurred.
The video accompanying the track plunges us into the world of a tribe of artificial intelligences, whose everyday lives are disrupted by a system failure. Created entirely in Unreal Engine, the film examines our relationship with a technology advancing at a pace we are still struggling to keep up with.
To imagine this future, “The Beautiful Glitch” paradoxically draws on old techniques, without the use of AI. Not out of nostalgia, but as a way of confronting the future and questioning what we are willing to entrust to it. Because when machines are tasked with making decisions on our behalf, what will remain when every answer is perfect and the solutions are infinite?
Perhaps only one thing: poetry.
