Knelt Before, featuring former members of LoveHateHero, Second Coming, What Lies Within, and Tall Dark Whimsy, has released their first single, “Make Your Own” from their upcoming eponymous debut. Mark Johnston, singer and contributor, remarks, “This track showcases a good mix of who we are, musically, as well as what we’re about. We want to convey a positive message through music that we love and enjoy playing.” While the song tackles the negative effects of societal influence, it encourages self-reflection and perseverance – to Make Your Own way in life.

Taking influence from current contemporaries, bands from their touring days, and pretty much the Revelation Records roster 1987-1999. Knelt Before mixes hardcore, melodic pop punk, and post hardcore to create positive music that evokes strength and knowledge through understanding and friendship.
