Swedish duo RÄDSLAN has officially unveiled their eighth release, the Shadowplay III EP, which arrived on April 2, 2026. This striking collection offers an immersive set of interpretations of the iconic Joy Division track. Following the success of their Swedish version—which was personally approved by the original Joy Division members—the duo has now expanded their vision with an English rendition and a daring, genre-bending remix by The Last Machinist.

The project has resonated deeply within the post-punk community, even garnering praise from a relative of Ian Curtis. By moving through multiple emotional and atmospheric lenses, RÄDSLAN has transformed a legendary staple into a fresh sonic journey. Whether you prefer the raw energy of the original or the atmospheric depth of these new reimagining, Shadowplay III is a landmark release for Joy Division fans worldwide.
