Will Romeo And The 1984 Draft Release Split 7″

Will Romeo (Neckscars) and Dayton’s The 1984 Draft have teamed up for a limited-edition lathe-cut 7″ split covering ’90s alt-rock classics, released digitally and physically on December 5th via Sweet Cheetah and Poptek Records. Romeo converts Sponge’s “Plowed” into a relaxed, emotionally present Americana tune, while The 1984 Draft gives Jawbreaker’s “Jet Black” a bigger, grittier indie-rock sound with dual lead vocals. Both acts honor the source material while making the tracks uniquely their own.
