With the release of “Kinda Hard To Find,” Florence-based trio DKANDLE has unveiled a moody, textured single that signals a bold new direction for the band. Released on November 8, 2024, and featured on Aspirin Age Volume Four: A Shoegaze Compilation by Broken Sound Tapes, the track is the first glimpse of their latest EP Under The Effect, which followed on November 22.
Led by Brazilian-born vocalist and guitarist Denis Kandle, with Dutch bassist Gene Teysse and Italian drummer Stefano Cerri rounding out the lineup, DKANDLE delivers an atmospheric blend of shoegaze, grunge, and post-punk. “Kinda Hard To Find” wraps introspective lyrics in swirling guitars and cinematic tones, capturing a sense of longing and uncertainty with precision and grace.
The EP is now streaming on all major platforms, offering a rich, immersive experience for listeners drawn to the deeper edges of alternative rock.
