eonian Dream, an exciting new addition to the Indie Rock scene, is thrilled to announce the release of their debut EP, titled Leonian Dream, on 10th January 2025.
This collection of 4 tracks showcases the band’s unique sound and lyrical prowess, marking a significant milestone in their musical journey.
With influences ranging from Wolf Alice, Annie Hamilton, The DMA’s, CLEWS and a nod to Wet Leg, Leonian Dream offers listeners an immersive experience that takes them through thoughtful lyrics with a hopeful prospect, dreamy guitar riffs and fierce energy as well as a dreamy soundscape. The lead single, “Gloomy Room,” captures the essence of the band’s vision, blending aery synth lines and intense riffs as well as intense lyrics into an unforgettable sound.
Hailing from East Devon Leonian Dream is an Indie Rock band that has quickly made a name for themselves in the music scene. Formed in 2021, the group consists of Swiss singer songwriter Leonie Prater and Black Country born guitarist Thomas Rogers each bringing their own unique flair and background to the collective.
With a sound that blends dreamy indie rock soundscapes, Leonian Dream crafts songs that resonate with both heart and soul. Their music is characterised by powerful vocals, intricate guitar riffs, and catchy hooks, creating an infectious energy that captivates audiences.
The band’s journey began back in 2021 when Leonie and Thomas first crossed paths. Since then, they have shared the stage with many notable artists and have now found their feet as a 5-piece band with Bran Pick on Bass, Ben Webster on Keys / Synth and Toby Irlam on Drums. They have had some exciting performances at Dart Music Festival, Jurassic Fields Festival, HMV Record Store Exeter, The Fleece in Bristol, a headline show at The Arc in Winchester and their latest success supporting Australian artists Annie Hamilton and CLEWS at Rough Trade Bristol.
