Forever At Midnight – Meant To Be

Sydney-based trio Forever At Midnight recently shared “Meant To Be,” a catchy track that will resonate with even the pickiest modern pop-punk fans. Lyrically, the song captures the angst of silently pining for somebody who doesn’t feel the same. It’s a profoundly emotive love song that will unquestionably resonate with the broader auditorium. Consisting of Liv Howlett (vocals), Evan Hughes (drums), and Josh Kim (guitars/programming), Forever At Midnight embraces the fundamentals of contemporary pop-punk music. With his superb drumming, Evan Hughes keeps the remainder of the orchestrations in line while dictating the groove and pace. Together, Liv, Evan, and Josh have created a modern pop-punk masterpiece worth spinning over and over again. Their ideas and musicianship shine during every segment, while their ability to convey meaningful messages through their catchy, memorable, engaging tune will unquestionably resonate with the pop-punk crowd. Perhaps these folks draw inspiration from renowned acts like Paramore, Fall Out Boy, and Hot Milk, but their music offers a fresh take on pop-punk music. They’re not afraid to break all the rules and push the boundaries of this longevous genre by incorporating so many vital elements from alternative, indie, skate rock, and emo music. “Meant To Be” will become your go-to track whenever you need innovative, cleverly assembled, and flawlessly performed pop-punk music.
