St. Louis, Missouri-based punk band The Chandelier Swing first appeared in 2020 with an appetite for shaking off the Covid-era blues with fast, hard-hitting, melodic pop-punk.
Over the years, The Chandelier Swing has sharpened its sound, while combining elements of early-2000s pop-punk with melodic skate punk while leaning in with a heavier, more technical edge. Fans of Four Year Strong, Such Gold, The Story So Far, and others will hear the similarities.
Always Right Here by The Chandelier Swing arrived on October 9, via Lightbringer Activities.
“I’d say this group of songs is definitely us doubling down on what we love about this band and going for it without hesitation,” says Chris Garner. “Fast songs. Big hooks. Loud amps. No brakes. We wanted these songs to get stuck in your head as well as make you MOVE. Crash the pit. Stage dive. Scream the lyrics back at us. This is hands down the most excited we’ve been about an EP. We can’t wait for everyone to hear it.”
