Awake & Dreaming Drop New Song “Cold Shoulder”

Awake & Dreaming release “Cold Shoulder,” the Juno-mixed fourth single from their debut album Inevitable, ahead of their Fall 2026 tour.

Alternative rock outfit Awake & Dreaming recently released “Cold Shoulder,” the fourth single from their upcoming debut album, Inevitable. Released on July 31, 2026, alongside album pre-orders, the 89 BPM anthem turns frustration with societal sedation and elite indifference into a fiery, danceable street rebellion.

Mixed by 9-time Juno Award winner Jay Dufour and mastered by João Carvalho, the track builds under tension before exploding into an infectious crowd chant at 2:52: “I’m gonna dance in the street while it’s burning.” Written by Sasha Kristoff and Stefan Schneider, “Cold Shoulder” balances defiance with hope. The band will take this high-energy anthem on the road for their Inevitable release tour, running from September 17 to October 10 across Ontario and Quebec.
