Featuring sharp Japanese vocals that cut through rigid instrumentation, the track explores heavy themes of psychological instability, frustration, and modern alienation. Written during a period of repeated hospitalizations for schizophrenia, the lyrics directly confront personal collapse and societal madness. The core line—“Hey Doctor! Take a good look! We’re losing our minds!”—acts as both an internal scream and an accusation against the world. Formed around bassist and vocalist Yuya Nishiyama, the four-piece continues to expand on the dark, literary style first introduced on their 2024 EP Psychopath Killer.
