East Yorkshire indie trio Feral Family has released their new single, ‘Down In The Dirt,’ on November 7th. Described as having “Gallagher style swagger and the freshness of Fontaines D.C.,” the track is a Blues-tinged lament that moves away from the band’s trademark urgency. Vocalist Jamie Lowe captures a moment of surrender, stating the song is about “losing faith in the idea of love.” The track languorously unfolds a tale of loss and longing before guitarist Oscar Woods unleashes sound and fury in the song’s cataclysmic final third.
