With their new album Hope in the Haze, Tired Radio step boldly into their heaviest, most vulnerable territory yet. Released via Red Scare Industries, the record finds frontman Anthony Truzzolino confronting depression, addiction, heartbreak, and self-doubt with unflinching honesty.
Produced by Gary Cioni (Crime in Stereo) and Matt Weber, the album balances confessional songwriting with the raw urgency of punk and emo, songs like “Your Great Escape” and “D.R.E.A.M.” laying bare the dark truths many hide. What began as Truzzolino’s solo project in 2017 has evolved into a full-band force with Kevin Daly, Jason St. Angelo, and Chris Schmidt completing the lineup.
Their live energy has already earned them accolades as one of The FEST’s must-see acts and recognition from SUM 41’s Cone McCaslin and Less Than Jake’s Chris DeMakes. Now, with Hope in the Haze and a tour that spans Philadelphia, Brooklyn, Baltimore, Richmond, and Gainesville, Tired Radio are no longer just underground hopefuls, they are one of punk’s most emotionally resonant new voices.
