Luxembourg-based trio Pleasing releases ‘there’s something wrong with everybody,’ second single off their upcoming new EP due for release this fall via label Two Steps Twice.

After releasing “bleak” in April, the trio (composed by Patrick MirandaXavier Hofmann and Sacha Ewen), has returned with a second single.

The essence of “there’s something wrong with everybody” lies in its exploration of the human condition through a lens of haunting introspection. The theatre serves as a metaphorical stage for this internal drama, where the protagonist grapples with the weight of their own existence amidst a sea of empty seats. Through evocative imagery of blood-stained guns and spiders crawling in their ear, the song delves into themes of fear, self-doubt, and the relentless pursuit of truth in a world cloaked in darkness. Yet, amidst this existential struggle, there is a profound recognition of the beauty inherent in our shared humanity.
