Fendahlene – The Big Reveal

Fendahlene never ceases to amaze. If you paid attention to this London-based band before, you probably noticed their discography has no weak spots at all. That’s the case with The Big Reveal as well, their exceptional new single that combines several complementary music genres into a colossal, harmonious, mesmerizing slab built upon brilliant ideas and jaw-dropping musicianship. Even if you’re unfamiliar with their previous works, you’ll notice these guys are not joking around with their music. Fendahlene‘s cathartic combination of alternative, garage rock, rock ‘n’ roll, indie rock, and power pop will immediately blow you away. The Big Reveal unquestionably carries all these elements, shaped and polished to the max so they could fit into this fine piece of sonic artistry.

There’s no way you’ll not enjoy the sonic maneuvers and rhythmic acrobatics that these experienced musicians invested in this composition. From catchy, heavy, powerful riffs, various guitar licks and solos to equally detailed basslines, and rhythmic sequences built upon well-accentuated beats, breaks, fills, and other acrobatics, The Big Reveal carries everything you ever needed from an indie rock song. The lead vocal harmonies provide another layer of ear-appealing notes over the top, so this number bursts simultaneously bursts with heaviness and melody. It’s also mindblowing how Fendahlene thought about every segment of the song, so you’ll also hear how The Big Reveal shines with so many details but remains well-balanced and consistent from scratch to finish. It’s a perfect number that will instantly become part of your rock playlist. The single is available on all streaming platforms. Don’t miss it.
