Australian indie-rock quartet Poison Oak has released a brand new single today. Hope You Like The View is their tenth composition in the row from the series of singles launched in 2019 and the first track released this year. The band continues with what they do the best, and that’s delivering ear-appealing songs that will even satisfy the listening apparatuses of those picky indie rock fans. Hope You Like The View proves why Poison Oak is one of the best indie bands on the contemporary scene, but, as is usually the case, this creative band doesn’t stop there.
Besides the sheer dominance of indie rock sound, Hope You Like The View carries some characteristics of alternative rock, nineties rock, and power pop. Poison Oak cleverly assembled this particular track, so you cannot easily pick which style is more dominant compared to the remainder, but they made sure this track sounds harmonious from scratch to finish. Their writing, composing, recording, and producing skills shine bright with every chant, singalong, chord progression, riff, melody, harmony, beat, and there’s no slightest doubt in my mind you will love this composition. Hope You Like The View is available for listening on all streaming platforms.
