The robotic takeover can be seen unfurling in a music video directed by Ben Garcia (Rage4Order Designs) in coordination with Al Jourgensen and Joshua Bradford (ex-Revolting Cocks) HERE.
‘Singularity’ is Ministry’s third single to be lifted from ‘Hate To Go (Take Out Or Delivery)’, the final album by Ministry out on 30th October via Cleopatra Records. It follows the previously issued ‘Burned Out’ STREAM | VIDEO and ‘We Hate’ STREAM | VIDEO. The album puts an end cap on an incredible 45-year career that has shaped a whole genre of music.
Ever since 1981, Ministry and Jourgensen have been recognised as pioneers of industrial music across 17 studio albums, 8 live releases, 8 side projects, multiple touring campaigns across 5 continents, an autobiography, 2 documentaries, the administration of last rites no less than 3 times, and, of course, by the band’s countless devoted acolytes and fans.
However, before bidding adieu, creator and music madman Jourgensen has a few things to say on ‘Hate To Go (Take Out Or Delivery)’ about the state of the world, those in charge and how we should all collectively move forward.
The album also features one notable final collaboration with legacy member Paul Barker on its very last track, ‘We’re Still Here’, alongside the handiwork of Jourgensen’s current bandmates: guitarists Monte Pittman and Cesar Soto, bassist Paul D’Amour, synth player John Bechdel and drummer Pepe Clarke Magaña.
The album will be available on vinyl (including several variants), CD and cassette PRE-ORDER, as well as digitally PRE-SAVE/ADD.
Ministry will perform songs from the album as well as selected classic hits with an international farewell tour, including 21 ‘Goodbye Europe 2027’ shows with special guests Die Krupps commencing in early April. These will feature exclusive meet and greet opportunities with Jourgensen that include a photo op, souvenir laminate pass, silk screen poster and a final European tour coin. Fans can purchase these HERE.
