Lancaster Noise Rock Powerhouse TV FACE Drops Volatile “Happy New Year” Protest Single

Lancaster noise rock power-trio TV FACE is closing out an incendiary 2024 with the volatile new single, “Happy New Year.” Far from a traditional celebration, the track is a caustic sonic barrage that serves more as a protest than a party anthem. Culled from their critically acclaimed second album, Wolf Rents Bark—which landed at #7 on Louder Than War’s Top 100 Albums of 2025—the single highlights the band’s signature “powerhouse” sound. Released via Crackedankles Records, “Happy New Year” is a fierce reminder of why TV FACE is one of the most respected and aggressive names in UK noise rock.
