On Le Ore (pronounced “On Lay Or”) is the new raw, mid-fi indie-rock project helmed by songwriter, singer, and guitarist Jon Moore. Grounded in grimy guitars, restless hooks, and unvarnished emotional honesty, the group carries the crooked immediacy of 90s underground guitar rock straight into the modern era.
Moore’s roots in Blaqk Van converge with the basement urgency of icons like Guided by Voices, Pavement, and Dinosaur Jr. The project gains extra weight with Travis Harrison—longtime Guided by Voices producer/engineer and member of ESP Ohio—handling drums, mixing, and mastering duties. The result is hook-heavy, DIY guitar music that feels imperfect, loud, and alive in all the right places. Follow On Le Ore on streaming platforms today to experience their signature sound.
