Black Rebel Motorcycle Club (BRMC) will release a 20th-anniversary deluxe box set of their seminal 2005 album, Howl, on January 30th via [PIAS]. The third studio album was an unexpected curveball, ditching the electric guitar-driven noise rock for a scaled-back sound embracing folk, blues, and gospel—a primitive cry from the heart of Americana. The reissue, which will be available as a Deluxe Box set, 2xLP, and CD, celebrates the album that showed the band was willing to shed its feedback for emotional honesty.
