Costa Rican shoegaze outfit Adiós Cometa has announced their second full-length album, Un Destello de Luz, set for release on January 29, 2026, with cassette preorders available now via Steadfast Records. The San José quintet returns with their most ambitious and emotionally charged album yet, pushing deeper into the intersection of shoegaze’s lush sonic textures and emo’s raw vulnerability. Recorded with layers of reverb and delay, the album explores themes of transformation and parenthood across nine immersive tracks.
