Japanese heavy music icons Boris mark two decades of Pink and dronevil with expansive reissues on Relapse Records. Pink returns as a 2xLP for the first time, featuring an etched D-side, plus a massive 6xLP box set including unreleased sessions and live material. dronevil also reemerges as a unified 2xLP “joint mix” — a first in its storied history. The band’s live performance of Pink’s title track, filmed during their 10th-anniversary tour, now accompanies the release. Two cornerstone records of experimental doom and noise rock, finally revived for long-time fans and new listeners alike.
