Signals Midwest Frontman Maxwell Stern Releases New Single “Stay Close To Me”

Philadelphia singer-songwriter Maxwell Stern has released his new single “Stay Close To Me” via Lauren Records. Best known as frontman of Ohio’s Signals Midwest, Stern blends buzzing guitars and heartfelt lyricism into what he calls a “love song for novices.” Written after a half-dreamt melody, the track channels Stern’s knack for earnest storytelling wrapped in raw indie-rock textures.
