Brooklyn’s indie-punk quartet Sadlands have released their latest single “Bad Idea,” offering a first taste of their upcoming debut Try To Have A Little Fun, due October 17 via Wiretap Records. Featuring members of Answering Machine, Choke Up, and Ellen and the Degenerates, the band thrives on shimmering feedback, searing guitars, and raw, pleading vocals. Recorded with Matt Schimelfenig (Gladie) and mastered by Ian Farmer (Modern Baseball), the 12-track LP captures vulnerability and catharsis in equal measure. With a sharp blend of energy and emotional weight, Sadlands are set to make a striking entrance this fall.
