Houston rock ’n’ roll band Killer Hearts have shared the video for their first single, “Burning Mask.” The track previews their upcoming full-length album Unchained & Bloodstained, due October 24 via Screaming Crow Records.
Formed in 2015 by brothers Brandon and Jerrie Boy Barger, Killer Hearts deliver a blood-soaked mix of proto-punk, glam, and early heavy metal, channeling the sleaze and rawness of ’70s rock while injecting their own high-voltage energy. The Bargers, longtime veterans of the Texas punk and metal scene, have assembled a powerful lineup with Domokos Benzcedi (Future Blondes, Rusted Shut) on bass and Hector Tenario (Wülfsköl, The Takes) on drums.
Unchained & Bloodstained will feature 10 tracks of unfiltered Southern sleaze rock, described as the band’s heaviest and most uncompromising material to date.
Watch the “Burning Mask” video now and prepare for Killer Hearts’ return to the road this fall.
