Melodic punk rock band Signals Midwest have released a new song titled “Stale Air,” offering a glimpse into their forthcoming album Layovers, due out July 25 via Lauren Records. The record compiles unreleased material, alternate takes, B-sides, and covers, serving as both a retrospective and a celebration of the band’s evolution.
“Stale Air” leans into the band’s signature blend of introspective lyricism and driving, emotionally charged instrumentation—hallmarks of the melodic punk rock scene. With their last full-length DENT released in 2022, Layovers offers fans a deeper dive into Signals Midwest’s creative vault.
