After a widely praised debut, Zagorje Express is set to make a roaring return to Zabok’s ZCUK Regenerator Club on Saturday, May 31. Organized by Regenerator in collaboration with the Gokul Association, the concert series brings a bold format back to the heart of Croatia’s alternative scene: ten bands, each delivering 20-minute sets.
The event’s name is no coincidence, its express format offers a rapid-fire journey through the undercurrents of abrasive sound, channeling the intensity of hardcore punk, the heaviness of metal, and the experimentation of indie rock. It is a raw concept, not invented here, but wholly embraced by the community it serves.
Set times will be announced on the day of the show, with music kicking off promptly at 5 p.m.
This year’s lineup includes: Boneash, Černobog, Doom Temple, Greynoise, Kvar, Moving as a Giant, Ostatak i Milko, Rtificialred, Stepped Out, and Trip to Caldera.
Expect no encores, no filler, just pure sonic velocity.
