London garage punk powerhouse release, ‘Salt‘ the final single to be lifted from upcoming LP, ‘The Art of Sod’.
Propelled by a motorik rhythm and angular guitars, ‘Salt’ is the prying eyes under the Spanish sun. The band say, ‘This track was all built around the opening line – I like watching people, and it’s a tragicomic descent into loneliness and ageing from there’. It follows their singles ‘Blindspot‘ and ‘Private Pyle‘.
Having built up a reputation on the UK’s underground live circuit since forming in 2021, Nothingheads make guitar- driven soup that falls somewhere within dark post punk and garage punk. Static noise flashes as big riffs and snarling vocals cut through the dirge. Following last year’s EP ‘Sunlit Uplands’, the band will release their debut album, ‘The Art of Sod” on November 8th via Sister 9 recordings, preceded by a string of singles.
