Goia Paranoia wastes no time with their debut track. “Black Out” arrives like a colossal slab of well-articulated noise, tastefully decorated with generous servings of distortion, powerful shouts, and energetic drumming. The band paid so much attention while writing, composing, arranging, and producing, so “Black Out” carries equal dosages of melody and aggression. It arrives with a perfect song structure, garnered with intricate segments, brilliant ideas, and marvelous musicianship. As soon as you press play, you’ll notice how the guitars play a significant role in this sonic equation. The band included an entire amalgam of cleverly arranged riffs, chord progressions, melodies, harmonies, and themes, serving as an appropriate backdrop for all the vocal articulations to shine upon. The excellent vocal performance, back vocals, and singalongs command attention and guide the listener through this marvelous sonic universe while the impressive vocal range seamlessly balances between low, mid, and high notes, emphasizing all the segments and instrumentation. It’s nearly mindblowing how all the vocals and guitars blend together harmoniously.

You’ll also notice how equally complex, audible, warm-sounding basslines rumble beneath all the guitar layers, providing more than necessary heaviness, clarity, and depth to the mix while binding all the orchestrations with rhythmic patterns. The exceptional drumming performance keeps the remainder of the band in line while dictating the groove and tempo with tastefully composed, flawlessly performed, well-accentuated beats, breaks, fills, and other percussive acrobatics. Every band member plays a significant role in this sonic equation, making “Black Out” an otherworldy sonic journey worth repeating over and over again. Goia Paranoia impresses right from the start, as they implement an entire collection of music styles, impressive, musicianship, and outstanding ideas into their debut. Their creativity and talent shine with this track, and we can’t wait to hear more. The single is available on all streaming platforms. Don’t miss it!
