Sur La Piste (meaning “on the path/on the dance floor”) is a song about self awareness, empowerment, the will to scream about your own freedom, accepting and sharing your deeping feelings.
We wanted a powerful punk/electro music for this song, to combine the simple but direct lyrics with a dancing and screaming atmosphere.
Sur La Piste is always a highlight of our concert, the moment when the audience and the band become one and turn the gig into a burning dance floor.
Alexandra, the female singer and dancer of the band, has written the lyrics and performs this song like she’s possessed by an uncontrollable inner force.
Mathieu, the male singer, guitarist and composer, brings the strong riffs and adds some Wahwah and chorus lines in the live version, in order to make it even more psychedelic.
