FLOYA are back with a bang. Following their audacious blend of rock and EDM with “Willows,” the duo has been hard at work perfecting unreleased album tracks. The result is “Stay.”
The track is a testament to the duo’s dedication to pushing creative boundaries and penchant for fusion.
Hailing from Germany, Marv Wilder and Phil Bayer found common ground by talking about their influences, namely Peter Gabriel, U2, and Sting. With the vision in mind to fuse a fresh pop x rock sound with the aesthetics of EDM and world music, the pair set out to showcase something fresh and new.
After the successful launch of the single “The Hymn,” the song was featured in an official AFL game between Port Adelaide and the Western Bulldogs on Australian Television, marking quite the achievement for such a new act.
