Californian indie rock artist Kevin Rieth unleashed another outstanding single today. Gamblers’ Delight is a fourth single that promotes Rieth‘s debut full-length release named Up & Up. For this particular composition, this prolific artist decided to go a step further and incorporate even more retro rock elements into already luxurious sound. Gambler’s Delight introduces several styles that are perfectly matching together. Besides Rieth’s primary indie-rock direction, you may stumble upon soul, funk, psychedelic rock, classic rock, and alternative pop-rock. Like his previous compositions, Gamblers’ Delight differs in style, dynamics, and ambiance, but it also perfectly goes with the remainder of the album.
Kevin Rieth knows how to combine only the best qualities of his favorite music genres, so that’s the case with this composition. You’ll be blown away by the soul-rock verses, psychedelic rock pre-choruses, and punchy classic rock choruses. The guitars sound funky, while the ambiance continuously levitates between psychedelic rock and soul. The addition of the brass section enhances his ear-appealing vocals, so Gamblers’ Delight sounds astounding from scratch to finish. The single is available for listening on all streaming services. Make sure to check out his full-length album Up & Up, which is also available everywhere.
