Slovenian guitar indie-rock trio Lelee presents their new single “Da živim” (Moonlee Records),  offering a first taste of their upcoming album, due out in 2027.

Lelee’s latest single explores migration, departure, and life between different places. It’s about how,  somewhere among all the cities, streets, languages, people, and memories, you can lose yourself –  and suddenly start questioning yourself who you are, where you come from, or where you truly belong. There are no clear answers. We learn to live with what we know and with what we may never find out.  How to live with our past, with others, and – perhaps most difficult of all – with ourselves.

“Da živim” opens a new chapter in Lelee’s musical journey. Alongside the fresh energy that Miha  Konrad has been bringing from behind the drum kit over the past year, the band leans even further  into its signature interplay of playful melodies and rhythms. The track is driven by an infectious guitar  line that winds its way through rapidly shifting motifs, complemented by punchy bass lines, playful  percussion, and an anthemic chorus. It’s light enough to pull you in, yet restless enough to keep  searching for something beneath the surface.

The music video, composed entirely of photographs, was created by Edin Suljić (@misticnakoala) as  part of his master’s thesis at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design (ALUO) in Ljubljana, exploring how  viewers of music videos can transform from passive observers into active participants.

Lelee are currently one of the most vibrant acts on the regional alternative guitar scene. With two  albums released and over 100 shows played in Slovenia and abroad, they have made a lasting  impression on indie scene across the Balkans. Full of verve and drive, their songs are characterized  by hooky refrains and melodies that become ingrained in your skull and follow you long after.

Already next week, Lelee are heading to Norway, where they’ll perform at the Tromsø World and  Molde Mundo festivals. In early 2027 they will embark on a 10-day European tour, which will also  include a performance at Europe’s largest showcase festival ESNS in Groningen, the Netherlands,

Upcoming Lelee shows:
