After a two-decade hiatus from the studio, Norwegian punk rock icons Gluecifer are back with their new single, “I’m Ready.” The track serves as the second taste of their upcoming album, Same Drug New High, arriving January 16 via Steamhammer. Founding members Biff Malibu and Captain Poon have recaptured their signature melange of rock ‘n’ roll and glam-punk elements, sounding more determined than ever. Singer Biff Malibu describes the new track as having a “happy and positive ring,” written quickly after their 2018 reunion. For fans of high-energy, traditional rock, Gluecifer remains the proverbial “solid rock.”
