To celebrate its 45th anniversary, Tuxedomoon’s landmark 1981 album, Desire, has been reissued on vinyl, CD, and digital, remastered from the original tapes. This special edition features three previously unreleased tracks, rare cuts, and new liner notes. A milestone in post-punk experimentation, the album captures the band at their most cinematic, blending elements of rock, electronic music, cabaret, and jazz. Tuxedomoon’s category-defying work remains influential, illuminating the romantic, rebellious, and imaginative spirit of post-punk.
