Seminal LA mod trio The Question has officially released their landmark 1982 EP, “Shall Be Love,” to all streaming platforms via Oglio Records. Widely regarded as the first and most significant mod band to emerge from LA, the trio—led by Tony Rugolo’s jazz-influenced, sharp songwriting—built a reputation on explosive live shows. The release kicks off an archival series featuring newly remixed, remastered, and previously unheard material, honoring the band whose sound transcended the mod scene and built a devoted following beyond the underground.
