Brazilian singer/songwriter Violet Orlandi is releasing her boldest creative leap yet with the new album Birdeater. Known for her haunting vocals and blend of rock, metal, and cinematic alternative music, the album rejects hyper-edited polish for “raw authenticity.” Produced by Ricardo Gifford, the record was recorded with live instrumentation and minimal post-processing. Drawing inspiration from cult films like The Exorcist, the visceral journey traces her evolution as an artist and explores reclaiming power in the face of pain.
