Hamburg-based darkwave/synth-pop duo Lovespells return with their ethereal new single “White Hands,” out October 19 via La Double Vie. Featuring Gloria de Oliveira’s haunting soprano and Spampoets’ lush synthscapes, the track evokes Gothic romanticism inspired by Greek myth and medieval lore. With its cold drum machine pulse and spectral atmosphere, “White Hands” continues Lovespells’ tradition of cinematic melancholy and poetic depth. Since their 2018 debut “Lua Azul,” the duo have earned acclaim for blending vintage synth textures with introspective storytelling. “White Hands” cements their place in Europe’s modern darkwave scene.
