Melbourne’s Dirt Road Wave release their self-titled debut October 17 via Golden Robot Records. Born from late-night jam sessions and social commentary, the record channels the spirit of The Clash, MC5, and The Saints, gritty, clever, and unrelentingly honest. Produced by Andy Simpson (Full Tone Generator), it captures the raw pulse of modern Australian rock: loud, socially aware, and full of wit. Mixing pub rock swagger with punk consciousness, Dirt Road Wave is both a soundtrack to frustration and a celebration of resilience, a vital new voice in contemporary rock.
