Peterborough’s rising alternative rock outfit Beat Me Outta Me are back with their explosive new single “Nowhere to Hide”, released on September 12th.
Formed in 2024 at a local college, the five-piece, female-fronted band quickly gained traction after winning Brainache Promotions’ Battle of the Bands and releasing their debut single Mascara earlier this year. While Mascara leaned on shoegaze-inspired tones, Nowhere to Hide pushes their sound into chaotic new territory, blending singer-songwriter intimacy with experimental textures and bold guitar layers.
Their unpredictable fusion of styles, shoegaze haze, alt-rock grit, and songwriting finesse, has already set them apart as one of Cambridgeshire’s most exciting emerging acts. With Nowhere to Hide, Beat Me Outta Me prove they’re not just another young band but a force ready to carve their own space in the UK alt-rock scene.
