Visionary rock artist Zen Smith releasedhis latest single, “Yes Yes Yes,” on August 22, 2025, via BFFTZ RECORDS. The track delivers raw, guitar-driven energy and serves as the first preview from his forthcoming full-length project, expected in mid-2026. Following closely, Smith will release his next single “Things” in late October, paired with a full-length claymation music video that continues his unique fusion of sound and visuals.
A one-man creative force, Zen Smith writes, performs, records, and produces every element of his music, while also crafting surreal claymation and film to accompany his songs. His sound, often described as late ’70s/early ’80s dark rock with shades of Echo & The Bunnymen, Pink Floyd, and Pixies, blends gothic rock, shoegaze, and experimental pop into cinematic, otherworldly soundscapes. “Yes Yes Yes” offers a haunting yet electrifying entry into Smith’s world, steeped in tension, mystery, and dreamlike intensity.
