Medway garage rock stalwarts The Len Price 3 are back with their brand-new single, “Emily’s Shop” (b/w “I’m A Fake”) a fuzz-soaked, melody-laced tribute to Bagpuss. The track is the first glimpse of the band’s highly anticipated forthcoming album, Misty Medway Magick, set for release this October on Wicked Cool Records.
“Emily’s Shop” is available exclusively on limited edition 7″ vinyl at the band’s live shows and here. This special physical pressing is a true collector’s gem—once they’re gone, they’re gone. For fans who can’t make it to the gigs, the digital version of the single has been released worldwide today across all major streaming platforms.
Formed in the Medway towns of North Kent, The Len Price 3—Glenn Page (guitar/vocals), Steve Huggins (bass), and Neil Fromow (drums)—deliver their trademark blend of vintage British Invasion energy with modern garage grit. Influenced by the likes of The Who, The Kinks, and The Clash, the trio has carved out a loyal following through relentless gigging, ferocious performances, and a string of critically acclaimed records.
With a backstory that includes an impromptu signing by Steven Van Zandt in a New York bar, a support slot with Paul McCartney, and praise from Rolling Stone’s David Fricke, LP3 continue to prove that real rock ’n’ roll never goes out of style. Their last album, Ip Dip Do, sold out its original CD pressing before seeing release on vinyl and digital platforms, and their cult-favorite debut Chinese Burn was reissued on Wicked Cool Records in 2023 to mark its legacy.
Now with “Emily’s Shop”, The Len Price 3 are offering fans a charming, raucous, and heartfelt teaser of what’s to come on Misty Medway Magick.
