TeethOut Released Second Single For Upcoming EP

Formed in 2024 in Charlottetown, PEI, TeethOut is a punk band that plays like they’re still 20—fast, loud, and with something to prove. Rooted in the traditions of skatepunk and 90s melodic hardcore, the band blends breakneck speed with introspective lyricism, delivering a sound that’s both nostalgic and urgent. Despite their recent formation, TeethOut has already earned a reputation for raw, high-energy live shows and no-frills punk songwriting.

Now, with their second EP Brittle But Elite arriving April 25, 2025, TeethOut continues to push their sound. Featuring a guest spot from Madison Regan (Last Good Thing) on the lead track “Lifeline II,” the new record digs deeper into themes of regret, survival, and hope in a collapsing world.

They may not be 20 anymore, but TeethOut is still chasing that same reckless joy, still shouting into the void, and still finding connection in every bar chord and its none more evident than with their latest single.

Rooted in the late-night tension of stumbling through uncertainty, “Walking Down”blends skate-punk energy with reflective lyricism. Propelled by driving rhythms and layered melodies, it explores the search for meaning amid chaos, with an undercurrent of hope that cuts through the noise.

“Walking Down” was produced and mixed by Shawn Taggart at Hog Audio, with mastering by Cody Blakely at Half Stack Studios. The single is available on all major
streaming platforms April 11.

Here’s what the band has to say about the new single: “It’s actually an older song Ozone wrote years ago, but we put new life into it with this lineup. It’s always had that feeling of restlessness and movement— wandering through the night unsure of where you’re going, but knowing you’ve got to keep going. We leaned into that energy and tried to shape it into something that felt both personal and urgent. It finally feels like the version of the song that was always meant to be.”
