House Of Protection Share New Single ‘Fire’

Continuing on their hot streak this year, House of Protection returned today with their next unrelenting single on Red Bull Records. ‘Fire’ is the second track to arrive off their anticipated sophomore EP, Outrun You All, due on May 23rd. The song does its title justice, serving up thrashing guitars, high-pitched sirens, and emphatic lyrics fuelled by a punk spirit. On the single, the band shares, “The goal with ‘Fire’ was to write something with as much infectious energy as possible. A song that could invoke as much dancing as it does moshing. It’s a hard balance to pull off. This has been the one new song we’ve played on tour before its release and it’s already become our favorite to jam live.”

Earlier this year, House of Protection toured Australia for the first time with Bad Omens and Poppy, performing to over 25,000 new fans. Shortly thereafter, they appeared on Architects’ single, ‘Brain Dead’ off their #1 UK Rock & Metal album, The Sky, The Earth, & All Between, with an adrenaline-inducing video attached. Next, they’ll reunite with both Poppy in April on her US tour, and Architects in October during their EU/UK run, sandwiching a slate of major festival plays in between including Download and Reading and Leeds in June.

Sought-after by some of the most influential collaborators across the scene, House of Protection has not so quietly become a tour de force. In less than a year, they’ve skyrocketed to over 950k monthly listeners on Spotify where they earned a spot on the platform’s competitive “2025 Artists to Watch” roster. Their genre-spanning debut EP, GALORE, earned critical acclaim from the likes of The Guardian, Kerrang!, Revolver, and more, achieving Luminate chart positions at #14 on Current Hard Rock Albums and #15 on Alternative New Artist Albums. The momentum continues into this next project, at a pace that matches their boundless energy.

Last year, House of Protection broke out with their genre-spanning debut EP, GALORE, to critical acclaim from the likes of The GuardianKerrang!Revolver, and more. In less than a year as a new band, they lived up to the hype and sold out their first two shows in LA (The Echo) and London (The Underworld), earned 10 million global streams, Luminate chart positions at #14 on Current Hard Rock Albums and #15 on Alternative New Artist Albums, and made Spotify’s ‘Artists to Watch 2025’ list. Later this month, they’ll feature on British metalcore band Architects’ song ‘Brain Dead’ as part of their highly-anticipated album release. It’s safe to say, House of Protection has quickly become one of heavy music’s most sought-after collaborators so far this year.

With an ethos that follows no rules and aims to create inclusive spaces, they’ve attracted that same boundless energy in the audiences at their live sets. Last month, the duo embarked on their first official tour through Australia as main support for Bad Omens and Poppy. For five nights, they exceeded expectations and debuted new music to over 25,000 fans during their opening slot. To come, the band will be main support to Poppy on 11 of her ‘They’re All Around Us’ tour dates in the US. Check out their full slate of live performances including major festival plays like Rock am Ring / Rock im Park, Download Festival, and more, here.
