French composer, producer, and remixer Francesco Virgilio—better known as Mokroïé (a name taken from Dostoevsky‘s “The Karamazov Brothers”)—has released his new EP “Moving Forward“.
“Moving Forward alludes to a chaotic universe in which creativity and energy are the only great factors capable of repelling evil and preventing imminent tragedies. The idea was to create powerful music that would inspire positive energy in the listener.
How can you become motivated and convince yourself that you can achieve your goals and preserve the natural conditional equilibrium for the rest of your life by acting wisely?
This new EP’s artistic direction favours an eclectic electronic sound while incorporating more pronounced rock elements than by the past. The artist draws inspiration from sounds that evolve into compositions and then into films, resulting in an osmosis of multiple levels of reading.
