Galactic Empire Unleash Metal Version Of “The Battle Of Hoth” From Forthcoming Album “Special Edition” Out May 5th Via Pure Noise Records

Galactic Empire, the galaxy’s favorite metal band, is marching into battle with their brand new single “The Battle Of Hoth”. Followers of the Empire can stream the song, which is out now via Pure Noise Records and taken from Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back, here: LINK. “The Battle Of Hoth” is the latest single from Galactic Empire’s forthcoming album, Special Edition. The eleven track collection is set to be released on May 5th and features tracks from across the Star Wars cinematic universe.

In addition to the new single, Galactic Empire have announced that they will be performing a special livestream concert on their Twitch channel on May 4th. The show will be part of a streaming marathon featuring Vincent Bennet, Scott Carstairs, Chain Brain, Thongg Delong, and Nicole Papastavrou, and raising money for the Make A Wish 501st Legion Fund.
 
The following day Galactic Empire will celebrate the release of Special Edition with their “Revenge of the Fifth” show on May 5th at Mickey’s Black Box in Lilitz, PA. Joining the band for a special one-time only encore performance will be Run DMC’s own Darryl “DMC” McDaniels. Tickets are on sale now, HERE

Galactic Empire is the galaxy’s foremost instrumental Star Wars cosplay heavy metal John Williams tribute band. Their first music video was a viral hit, gaining over 10 million views with national press coverage including Huffington Post, Guitar World, Entertainment Weekly, and MSNBC, along with a live TV performance on E! Entertainment during their coverage of the 2016 Academy Awards.
