Ron Briskin – New Year’s Eve

London-based indie artist Ron Briskin returns with another exceptional composition that will immediately win a special place on your playlists. New Year’s Eve is the seventh song from the series of singles Briskin launched in 2021 and the first number this year. Previously, he released tracks such as Ghosts, Left Behind, Moon (Beautiful Skies), Meteor Showers, Different Lives, Robotic Cupids, and Looking Back EP. As you can see, Ron Briskin keeps his activities as prolific as possible, and each new song represents a fine piece of sonic artistry. That’s the case with New Year’s Eve, a composition that follows the footsteps of previous works but also showcases some innovations in songwriting, composing, and sound production. For this particular number, Ron Briskin tried some new approaches that unquestionably uplifted his performance on an entirely new level.

Therefore, you’ll notice more power, confidence, and sincerity in Briskin’s vocal performance. His vocal harmonies undoubtedly carry at least 50% of New Year’s Eve, and that’s especially notable during the choruses. This song sounds mesmerizing, beautiful, and cathartic from scratch to finish, and each segment bursts with impressive, complex, divine sonic maneuvers that will force you to repeat this number over and over again. Besides the outstanding vocal performance, you’ll notice how Briskin paid so much attention to themes, leads, melodies, chord progressions, riffs, and solos. The guitar shines bright in the mix, and besides Ron Briskin’s vocals, this particular instrument plays one of the significant roles in shaping such an incredible ambiance. Of course, this track wouldn’t sound so massive without ear-appealing, warm-sounding basslines, and moderate rhythmic sequences decorated with so many percussive acrobatics. Ron Briskin proved once again why he’s one of the most creative contemporary indie artists who knows how to write, compose and deliver mesmerizing compositions. New Year’s Eve is available on all streaming platforms.
